Kirby Super Star /Kirby Super Star Ultra[edit]

Plasma Wisp makes its debut appearance inKirby Super Star and also appears inKirby Super Star Ultra. Plasma Wisp hovers around an unfixed area, projecting blasts of energy towardsKirby. It uses stronger attacks if Kirby is farther away. In its helper form, it possesses all the abilities ofPlasma Kirby. When Kirby swallows it, or scans it with theCopy ability, he receives the Plasma ability.

Notably, Plasma Wisp differs from other helpers in that it can hover in the air instead of usingInfinity Jumps, similar toNESP andVividria fromKirby Star Allies. It is the only helper capable of doing so inKirby Super Star and its remake.
