Mysterious UFO is the third stage ofSpace Land inKirby's Epic Yarn andKirby's Extra Epic Yarn, unlocked by clearingTube Town and obtaining theRadio Waves Patch. This stage takes place inside a spaceship, with the ability to change the gravity as needed. Clearing this stage grants theTwinkling Star Patch, which is used to unlockStellar Way.

Patch animation[edit]

Tossing the patch causes the satellite TV to start emitting radio signals, which causes a UFO up above to fly down, pulling the fabric of space along with it. Two more UFOs join it as they start sending down tractor beams and the door on the main UFO opens.

Overview[edit]

This stage takes place in the innards of a gigantic space ship. In order to move forward, Kirby will need to find the gravity toggle switches which closely resemble thePendulum swinging points. Doing so allows him to switch between normal gravity and low gravity. While in low gravity, Kirby can jump extra high and fall very slowly, but he will be unable to use hisWeight effectively on enemies or blocks. While in low gravity, Kirby will be able to gain extra height by unraveling enemies while airborne. Using these techniques, Kirby will need to head through several rooms, each with unique hazards, and also operate a couple of rotor mechanisms to make progress. TheBonus Bell can be found at the the right end of the ship.
