"Moonlight Capital" is a theme composed byJun Ishikawa forKirby: Triple Deluxe. It's heavily associated with the final level of the game,Royal Road.

Kirby: Triple Deluxe[edit]

Kirby: Triple Deluxe marks the theme's debut and is used inStages 1,2 and4 in Royal Road. It can also be found in the game'sJukebox as track 90.
Kirby and the Rainbow Curse[edit]
InKirby and the Rainbow Curse, a remix of Moonlight Capital can be unlocked by collecting one of theTreasure Chests found in theKirby + Kirby stage, to then be played in the game'sMusic Room as track 33. It features these instruments: a drumkit, electric bass, synths, a Hammond organ, a glockenspiel, a saxophone, trumpets, flutes, and an electric guitar. According toShogo Sakai, the saxophone was performed live by a saxophone player from HAL Laboratory's sound team (presumablyTadashi Ikegami, the only person who fits this description).[1]
Kirby Star Allies[edit]
InKirby Star Allies, a jazzy arrangement of Moonlight Capital plays in theCelebration Picture "Rockabilly And Blues" and is arranged by the original composer, Jun Ishikawa.
This version can be found as Track 155 in theJukebox after completing the Celebration Picture in question.
Other appearances[edit]
The theme was performed live at theKirby 25th Anniversary Orchestra Concert as part of the "Kirby: Triple Deluxe Medley".
Trivia[edit]
- According to oneMiiverse post, "Moonlight Capital" is one ofShinya Kumazaki's (the director ofKirby: Triple Deluxe) favorite themes from the game, alongside "Reflected Laughter" and "Fatal Blooms in Moonlight".[2]
