Game appearances[edit]

Kirby & The Amazing Mirror[edit]

Screenshot of defeated Moley fromKirby & The Amazing Mirror.

InKirby & The Amazing Mirror, Moley is found inCabbage Cavern, where he guards theMirror Shard. Moley hides in six holes (three on the ceiling and three on the ground) and periodically pops out of a random one, sending junk everywhere as his main attack.

Some of the junk gives aCopy Ability when inhaled and swallowed, while some do not. The following lists every kind of junk he throws (with yielding Copy Ability if any in the brackets):

Moley has 80HP (aStar Bullet does 10).

Kirby Mass Attack[edit]

You're going to bump into Moley in some underground caves. That burly guy has some mean little henchmen. One of them wears a spiked helmet. Don't go near those spikes!
— Daroach, inKirby Mass Attack

InKirby Mass Attack, Moley is the mini-boss of the sixth stage ofGreen Grounds. The fight with him has 3 phases. In the first phase,Kirby must defeat the 4Mogmoles that appear. In the second phase, four additional moles will appear; however, two will bewearing spiked helmets and can't be harmed. Kirby must first defeat the two moles lacking helmets, to make the other two appear without their helmets, and become vulnerable. In the final phase, Moley himself appears, accompanied by two smaller moles, both wearing spiked helmets. He attacks by throwing a bomb at Kirby, similar to the Mogmoles. Kirby must defeat Moley to win the battle. When defeated, Moley is pulled out of his hole, revealing his bottom half.

Moley has a chance to appear as the final opponent in theSub-GameField Frenzy. To defeat him, the player must repeatedly tap him. If this is done too slowly, it will result in a loss.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate[edit]

Moley appears as aSupport Spirit inSuper Smash Bros. Ultimate, using hisKirby Mass Attack artwork. He is ranked ★ Novice, costs 1 slot and has the skill of equpping the fighter with aDrill.
