InKirby Mass Attack, Moley is the mini-boss of the sixth stage ofGreen Grounds. The fight with him has 3 phases. In the first phase,Kirby must defeat the 4Mogmoles that appear. In the second phase, four additional moles will appear; however, two will bewearing spiked helmets and can't be harmed. Kirby must first defeat the two moles lacking helmets, to make the other two appear without their helmets, and become vulnerable. In the final phase, Moley himself appears, accompanied by two smaller moles, both wearing spiked helmets. He attacks by throwing a bomb at Kirby, similar to the Mogmoles. Kirby must defeat Moley to win the battle. When defeated, Moley is pulled out of his hole, revealing his bottom half.
Moley has a chance to appear as the final opponent in theSub-GameField Frenzy. To defeat him, the player must repeatedly tap him. If this is done too slowly, it will result in a loss.
