| Junk Jam | Secondary character | In this episode, Mayor Len can be seen with the other Cappies trying to figure out what to do about the huge piles of garbage that are burying the countryside. First believing the garbage to have come from Castle Dedede, Mayor Len leads an effort to try and get King Dedede to take responsibility for it, but this leads to little. Later on, as more and more garbage mounts, Mayor Len gets into an argument with Chief Bookem about who should be responsible for the cleanup, each insisting the other should take responsibility. Later on, when Tiff shows everyone the real culprit for the dumping, Mayor Len becomes apprehensive at the thought of trying to confront the alien saucer responsible, fearing the aliens might just decide to destroy them. He and the townsfolk once again argue about what they should do, and ultimately end up with no plan except to try and clean up the garbage on their own. AfterFire Lion attacks and is subsequently defeated by Kirby, Mayor Len is present to see the aliens come down and then clean up their mess on Tiff's plea. | "This trash was dumped right under your department's nose!" | ||

He is witness to the subsequent fallout involving the Gijira extract and Kirby's ingestion of the chemical. When Kirby looks at Mayor Len under the effect of the drug, Len resembles a hot dog. Just as he is about to enter the race, however, Hana decides to join Mayor Len as his copilot so that she can spend their anniversary together regardless of the circumstances, which Mayor Len is compelled to accept. | The Kirby Derby - Part II | Primary character | Mayor Len continues his role from the previous episode as one of the main contestants in King Dedede's Grand Prix race. Though he is determined to win the race, he is forced to stall on several occasions at the request of his wife Hana, first to clean up some caltrops that King Dedede dropped on the road to trip up the racers, and then again to get an extensive lunch for her husband while they are in pit stop, holding up preparations a bit. Despite all of these delays, Mayor Len is able to catch up and eventually win the race by catching the draft created byWheel Kirby. At the award ceremony, Mayor Len reveals to Hana that he had not in fact forgotten about their anniversary, and wanted to win the race to specifically offer the trophy to her. | "You and I were married forty years ago today. That's why I wanted to win so badly!" | ||

Later on, he is among the first recipients of Tiff's newspaper designed to counteract King Dedede's propaganda against Kirby, and is convinced by it. When Erasem is eventually released from Escargoon's body, he and the others all simultaneously remember Escargoon, and later run out into the town square to see Erasem flying about looking for its next host. At some point, Mayor Len participates in a Channel DDD broadcast which was specifically designed to humiliate Tiff for her accusations. When another sheep attack happens, Mayor Len continues to brush off any wrongdoing, even though his shepherd confirms the attack occurred. Later on, Mayor Len and everyone else get captured by the rebellious sheep and taken to Castle Dedede, where they are all forced to "baah" meekly. | "It's absurd! My sheep are as gentle as lambs! | Scare Tactics - Part I | Secondary character | In this episode, Mayor Len takes part in setting up the annual "spook-out" in the woods just outside of Cappy Town, first coming to gloat when Tiff inadvertently triggers one of the pop up ghost puppets. When the event proper begins, he heads into the woods with his wife Hana, and is later startled by a ghost so badly that he faints. He can later be seen fleeing the scene along with the others when King Dedede and Escargoon trick them into believing there are real ghosts in the woods. | "How's that? | Pink-Collar Blues | Secondary character | In this episode, Mayor Len joins Tiff and a few others in observing what the Waddle Dees are doing at the coast after they'd been fired by King Dedede. He and the others try various schemes to see what the Waddle Dees are guarding in a nearby cave, including sending Kirby in there disguised as a Waddle Dee with a camera, though this ends up accomplishing very little. When the Waddle Dees are recalled to Castle Dedede, Mayor Len tries to run after them with the others, but loses his breath and is forced to give up the chase by the time they reach Cappy Town. | "Kirby's not much of a photographer!" | ||

Mayor Len can be seen in a variety of roles during production, and is part of the initial meeting to decide the premise of the show. He also works on character drawing, and he shows King Dedede his sketch of DededeMan along with a bunch of other illustrators. During the airing, Mayor Len has to force himself in to try and voice his line, but ends up talking off the cuff when he sees how poorly he's been represented. Aside from that, he is among those rushing to get the film reels in place. At the end of the episode, Mayor Len can be seen gathered with many others to talk about their experience and laugh at King Dedede's misfortune. | "I think I've really captured you, Sire!" | ||

He can later be seen being influenced by the doll at night in bed. Later on, Mayor Len is invited to be one of the judges for the cooking contest between Chef Kawasaki and Chef Nagoya at Castle Dedede. Despite Kawasaki not being the favorite to win, Escargoon makes sure of it by sabotaging Chef Kawasaki's cooking to make it more unbearably spicy with every meal. Mayor Len and the others are dealt the blunt end of this spiciness throughout the event, being reduced to ash by the end. Mayor Len is later present to watch as - following King Dedede's outrage over nobody giving him any gifts - he plants a "diss day" flag on Chef Kawasaki's restaurant. Wanting to get one over on Kawasaki for his years of terrible service, Mayor Len plays into the idea and decides to play a prank on Kawasaki along with several other Cappies by pretending to be willing customers only to later throw pies at his face. After Kirby's incident with explosive watermelons, Mayor Len takes part in faking Kirby's funeral to get King Dedede to feel some remorse over what he did.
