Marking Pins is one of the sixRavel Abilities present inKirby's Extra Epic Yarn. When obtained, it givesKirby a pincushion hat which allows him to throw marking pins at his opponents when he uses theYarn Whip.
When Kirby tosses pins, he throws a set of three which fan out only slightly as they move forward. These pins are capable of traveling across the stage, and will defeat any standard foes they come across and destroy yarn and cloth blocks. The pins can be thrown either straight ahead, straight up, or at a diagonal angle.
