MG-5 (also known asMG5 orSuper NES MG-5) is a compilationSub-Game inKirby's Dream Land 3 consisting of the five mini-games from theStory Mode all bundled together and played one-after-the-other. It is accessible from the options menu onceIceberg - Stage 3 is cleared. Completing MG-5 with a perfect score unlocks theJumping Sub-Game, and is required for100% completion.

MG-5 consists of the following games, in order (more details on each game covered in their appropriate articles):

The backgrounds in each mini-game are different in MG-5 than they were in the story mode.
Once all the games are complete, the final score is tallied based on how many guesses Kirby got right. A perfect score thus entails getting every single guess correct.
