Kirby Star Allies is the fifth and final level in theStory Mode ofKirby Star Allies. It is accessed once Kirby defeatsHyness inFar-Flung Starlight Heroes, and consists solely of the fight with the final boss —Void Termina.
Summary[edit]
- Main article:Void Termina
The fight with Void Termina takes place in five distinct stages. Each stage alternates between Kirby firing at Void Termina using theStar Allies Sparkler and battling on foot inside Void Termina's body. In the first four stages, Kirby has to deplete Void Termina'sHealth bar. In the last stage, Kirby engages in a pushing contest with Void Termina using a laser to finally defeat it.
Completing this level completes the Story Mode ofKirby Star Allies.
Trivia[edit]
- In the Japanese, Chinese, and Korean versions of this level description,Void Termina is referred to as破神 / 破神 / 파괴의 신 ("God of Destruction", his Japanese, Chinese, and Koreanboss caption). The Japanese and Chinese texts then defy that by saying Void Termina is no god at all, so the Star Allies shouldn't pull their punches.[1][2]
- Shinya Kumazaki mentioned inan interview that Void Termina himself is not necessarily a god, butHyness worships him like one.
