Jumper Shoot, originally spelledJumpershoot, is amid-boss found withinKirby's Dream Land 2 andKirby's Dream Land 3. It is very similar toFloaty the Drifter in terms of appearance, with the exception that Jumper Shoot has a foot, unlike the Drifter, and is much larger. Once defeated, it will give out theParasol ability when swallowed.

The first time Jumpershoot appears is inBig Forest. It has two attacks: one involving spinning like a top in the air and moving toward Kirby; the other having Jumpershoot kick off its sandal as a projectile. The sandal can be inhaled and spat out to fire back at the mid-boss.

Kirby's Dream Land 3[edit]
InKirby's Dream Land 3, Jumper Shoot reappears as a mid-boss inCloudy Park - Stage 4 and again inIceberg - Stage 6. It attacks the same way as inKirby's Dream Land 2.
- Jumper Shoot is based on thekasa-obake; an umbrella spirit from Japanese folklore.
- Jumper Shoot's name is derived from "bumbershoot", a slang term for an umbrella. This is also the origin ofBumber's name.
