Jam Jungle - Secret is an unlockable bonus stage ofJam Jungle inKirby: Squeak Squad. To unlock this stage, the Secret Door Key must be obtained inStage 4. TheAbility Scroll forIce can be found here.

Overview[edit]

This stage consists of eight main areas. It begins on a jungle pathway leading slightly downward and to the right. This drops off at the entrance to a ruin, which leads through a door.

From there, Kirby finds himself in a large open room. Here, he can find the stage exit, the use of which can make this stage rather short. However, another path lies up above, which will lead further into the ruins.

The next area has Kirby moving through a series of tunnels and chambers, dodgingboulders and other foes along the way.

From there, Kirby finds himself moving along a series of stacked rooms, which can be done with ease using theParasol ability. Beneath the door forward, there lies a treasure chest, which seems to be blocked off by agate with noswitch. In order to open it, Kirby will actually have had to trigger a floor above by landing on it.

The next area branches off into two distinct paths, one blocked off byStar Blocks. The star-blocked path leads downward, past several enemies, to a spike barrier. If Kirby has an ability with some range, he can press a switch in the wall to lower the spikes, then get access to another treasure chest. The door forward can then be found through a previously hidden path upward.

From there, Kirby will have to make his way through another treacherous series of halls, with boulders raining down on him wherever they can as he moves upward.

Kirby then finds himself in a narrow hallway which snakes toward the left. A switch in the middle of the hall causes the large treasure chest to appear. Collecting it causes the Squeaks to appear in the hall, led bySpinni. Along the path, an open room appears with one of the Squeaks' fortresses in it. The room is flanked by two switches. Pressing them causes boulders to fall from the ceiling, so it may be best to leave them be.

After passing through the doorway, Kirby finds himself back in the region containing the stage exit, though a few new obstacles have been lain in his path. He will need to keep moving to avoid theSqueaks and reach the exit safely.
