Green Valley is the first level ofKirby and the Rainbow Curse and the first section ofSeventopia. It features typical first-level areas, including pleasant green valleys, a deep forest with hollow trees, and a big brown cave area. The boss of this world isWhispy Woods (though apparently not the same Whispy as the one inDream Land).

Each stage is unlocked in succession after clearing the previous one. DefeatingWhispy Woods is necessary to move on toYellow Dunes. For more information about a particular stage, click on the link to the stage's page in the table.

StageTransformationTreasuresDescriptionNotes
No5Being the first stage, this area is meant to teach the player the basics on how to guide Kirby using theRainbow Rope thatElline paints. There is little in the way of resistance, other than the oddCotta.
No5This area, true to its name, takes place largely in a vertical ascent inside a tree trunk. Kirby will have to deal with a number ofCannon Cottas on the way up. After that, he will be able to roll around the upper canopy of the tree, dealing withGray Zones,Bouncies, andSoarars.
No5This level is mostly an underground affair, taking some queues fromThe Great Cave Offensive.Gordos populate the walls and floors in places. There are also a number of waterfalls that need to be blocked off, and others that need to be released.Bronto Burts andCarpas feature heavily in this stage.
No1Whispy Woods is faced in this stage. To attack him, Kirby must first dodge his spiky flowers, then crash into his face repeatedly. Extra damage can be done using aStar Dash.Completing this stage unlocksYellow Dunes and awards the Whispy WoodsFigurine.
