Game appearances[edit]

Kirby Super Star /Kirby Super Star Ultra[edit]

InKirby Super Star and its remake,Kirby Super Star Ultra, Gators can only be encountered inThe Great Cave Offensive andMilky Way Wishes. If a Gator spotsKirby, it jumps on him and attempts to bite him. They bite several times in a row, causing a lot of damage to Kirby.

Gators can come in many colors in these games. In addition to the standard green, they can also be seen in orange or purple colors.

Kirby Mass Attack[edit]

Kirby leading a horde of 66 Gators against his enemies inKirby Quest.

In theKirby Mass Attack, theSub-GameKirby Quest features a horde of 66 Gators as one of Kirby's attacks. This is a reference to the 1989/90 gameRevenge of the 'Gator, also produced byHAL Laboratory (called 'Pinball: The Great 66-Alligator Parade' in Japanese). Some of the Gators in the horde come in red or blue colors, but the green ones appear the most from the group.
