This article is about the very largemid-boss that appears exclusively inKirby Mass Attack, and should not be confused withIce Dragon.

Freezy Rex^[1] is an icytyrannosaurus rex-likemid-boss inKirby Mass Attack. It appears inDedede Resort - Stage 9, where it chases theKirbys throughout the stage after they plummet into the tunnel it resides in. It cannot be harmed directly, and will crush anything that gets in its way. In addition to causing damage when physically touched, Freezy Rex can attack in two ways. It can either charge, moving much quicker for a moment, or breathe ice at the Kirbys, freezing them solid if it connects. It is one of the largest characters in theKirby series, judging from the size of its sprite.

To defeat Freezy Rex, the Kirbys will need to make it to the end of stage, then activate a switch that will cause the beast to fall and get buried in rubble.
