| “ | Within the underwater rapids is a formidable fish called the Eelongo. It races around so powerfully that it crushes anything in its path. That includes metal blocks. So follow the Eelongo to see if it breaks into any places you can't. | ” | — Daroach, inKirby Mass Attack |
Eelongo is anenemy and stagehazard fromKirby Mass Attack. Its only purpose is to swim straight forward, destroying anything in its path, including metalblocks. It appears inDedede Resort - Stage 5, where its arrival will be forewarned by a school of small orange fish. Eelongo cannot be defeated, and will KO any Kirby it rams into.
There is a mechanicalmid-boss variant of this enemy calledKing Eelongo. Strangely, while Eelongo itself is invincible, King Eelongo is not.
