Duo Edge is a duoboss inKirby Fighters 2 consisting ofGigant Edge andIgnite Edge. These two appear a total of four times throughoutStory Mode: The Destined Rivals, being encountered on specific floors of the Buddy Fighters Tower and fought onThe EmpyreanBattle Stage. Both Gigant and Ignite Edge retain their look and attack patterns from their appearances inSuper Kirby Clash, though an effort is made between them to coordinate their respective attacks, and they share a single bar ofhealth, being knocked into the second phase and defeated simultaneously. When at low health, Duo Edge will vibrate and flash red, which is similar to what enemies do in the Team Kirby Clash series.
