| “ | These guys are always by themselves at parties. They're real ceiling drips! | ” | — Patch Plaza description |
Dropso is a blue stationary blobenemy that appears inKirby's Epic Yarn andKirby's Extra Epic Yarn. It is first seen inPatch Castle and later reappears inCool Cave. Dropsos do not move or attack, allowingKirby to easily turn them intoyarn balls. When destroying ablock or enemy with a Dropso in yarn ball form, a splash sound effect is heard. These enemies spawn continuously from sources of dripping water; even after destroying a Dropso, another will appear moments later in the same location.[1]
Locations[edit]
Dropso can be found in the following levels and stages inKirby's (Extra) Epic Yarn:
Trivia[edit]
- Dropsos are strikingly similar to theBot enemies inZelda II: The Adventure of Link, both in appearance and in the fact that they respawn endlessly by dripping from the ceiling.
