Dolphin is aMetamortextransformation inKirby's Epic Yarn andKirby's Extra Epic Yarn. In this form,Kirby andPrince Fluff both pilot a dolphin-like machine when they touch the Metamortex, where they both act independently. The Transformation first appears inBlub-Blub Ocean inWater Land.

Abilities[edit]

The Dolphin increases water mobility and allows Kirby and Prince Fluff to attack and destroy obstacles underwater by using a spin dash, which also gives them a momentary speed boost. They can also fly further out of the water, and swim through rings to receive additionalbeads. Furthermore, the dolphin has the ability to toss balls with beads in a hoop, mimicking trained dolphins in the real world, though this is only used a single time in Blub-Blub Ocean.

If the dolphin ends up on land, it will be unable to perform any of its usual graceful movement options, instead only finding itself capable of slowly sliding around on the ground until it can return to the water.
