This article is about the enemy inKirby's Dream Land 3, and should not be confused withDoron.

Dogon is an enemy that makes its only game appearance inKirby's Dream Land 3. It resembles a small caveman with a protruding forehead and a face that appears to consist solely of two eyes. They are dressed in an animal hide and carry a large, spiked club that is nearly as tall as their body is.

Dogons always remain in the same place and, although they can harm him if he bumps into them, do not attackKirby on their own. Instead, they use their clubs to reflect projectile attacks, which return in the form of a small yellow circle that can hurt Kirby. They are unable to defend themselves against attacks that can continue through targets, making these the only effective weapons against them.

InKirby: Right Back at Ya![edit]

Dogon makes a tiny cameo appearance as amonster in theKirby: Right Back at Ya! episodeCowardly Creature. It is shown briefly training as part of the "Young Monsters of the Future" program run by monster clowns, whacking a punching bag with its club.
