This article is about the cake-throwing cloud enemy, and should not be confused withBig Floof.
Here's a tip that's gotten me a long way in life. Steer clear of any cake that's thrown at you.
— Daroach, referring toDekofloof inKirby Mass Attack

Dekofloof[derived from Japanese] is a purple party-hat wearing relative ofFloof that appears inKirby Mass Attack. It flies above theKirbys, tossing cake down on them on occasion. If a Kirby is hit by a cake, that Kirby will become bloated and sit still while eating the cake. This is ultimately harmless, but it can immobilize a Kirby while other more dangerous enemies make their moves. A bloated Kirby will return to normal after a certain amount of time, or if the player taps on said Kirby.

Dekofloof can be defeated for 500 points, but it is much more hardy than its standard counterparts. It will also relentlessly pursue the Kirbys while it can, dropping cakes on them as it goes.

Dekofloof appears solely inDedede Resort - Stage 10. Dekofloof is unnamed outside the Japanese version andDaroach does not mention it by name, but he does refer to it when he tells the Kirbys to stay away from the cakes the enemy throws at them.
