Corrupt Hyness, titledFell Officiant, is a corrupted, more powerful version ofHyness who is fought as aboss in theHeroes in Another Dimension mode inKirby Star Allies. After opening every portal and entering theFinal Dimension,Kirby is met by aJamba Heart, which is opened up by the fourspears of the heart to reveal Corrupt Hyness. He essentially looks the part of Hyness, but wears a dark-blue robe, has darker blue skin, has red stripes on his ears, and has red glowing eyes before his face is revealed. BecauseThe Three Mage-Sisters haven't found him yet prior to this battle, he summons three logs with the mages' costumes as his weapons and shields when unhooded. Corrupt Hyness also appears as the eleventh boss in the Soul Melter EX difficulty ofThe Ultimate Choice.
When Corrupt Hyness is defeated in Heroes in Another Dimension,Zan Partizanne finally arrives and calls his name, only to find him out cold. She then calls onFrancisca andFlamberge, who are angered by the state he is in, and all three begin to fight Kirby. If Kirby defeats the Three Mage-Sisters with 100 or moreFriend Hearts, he befriends the sisters, who then give Kirby aWarp Star. As he leaves, a heart falls from it onto Corrupt Hyness, which transforms him back into his normal form and causes him to wake up and see the generals, who are delighted to see that he is okay. If the mode is beaten with 99 Friend Hearts or less, Corrupt Hyness is left unconscious and uncured as the screen fades to black.

| バリカ・マッデム Zap Jamblasted | Corrupt Hyness strikes the ground with a powerful lightning bolt, which causes sparks to travel across the floor and leave stars that can be inhaled for thePlasma ability. This attack is sometimes combined with Blizzard Bonjam. |
| メラーガ・マッデム Sizzle Jamblasted | Corrupt Hyness causes fiery pillars on both sides to erupt from the floor, leaving stars that grant theFireability in their wake.Guarding does not protect Kirby and his friends from this attack. Hiding underneath Corrupt Hyness is the safe zone. |
| ブリザ・ハローア Blizzard Bonjam | Corrupt Hyness summons several large icy Jambastion emblems across the arena, which can freeze Kirby and his allies if they get too close when they activate. After activating, stars that give theIce ability are left behind afterward. The Jambastion emblems can be destroyed bySizzle attacks. This attack is sometimes combined with Zap Jamblasted. |

| デクバット Rag Doll Bat | Corrupt Hyness grabs hold of one of the Mage-Sister logs and swings it wildly at Kirby like a club before eventually slamming it down on the ground creating shockwaves reminiscent of the Zap Jamblasted, Sizzle Jamblasted and Blizzard Bonjam attacks, each leaving stars behind. Each log can be stopped by the respective weakness. Corrupt Hyness can either use one log and swing it four times before slamming or use all three one after another; with the first two getting swung once before slamming and the last one getting swung twice before slamming. |
| デクふらし Rag Doll Throw | Corrupt Hyness throws each Mage-Sister log at Kirby, causing crystals to form where they land. These crystals can be swallowed to gain the Ice, Fire, and Plasma abilities, depending on the type. These crystals can also be destroyed by their respective weaknesses: A destroyed crystal can be inhaled to get theStone ability. The logs are always thrown in the order of Fransisca, Flamberge, and then finally Zan Partizanne. |
| デクころがり Rag Doll Circle | Corrupt Hyness forms up onto aFriend Circle with the three logs and starts rolling frantically around the stage, leaving stars on occasion. Both corners on the floor are the safety zone where the allies can't be hit (unless they are too big, in which case they have to crouch in the corners to avoid damage). In the end, he will return to the middle and throw the logs to the ground, leaving himself stunned. Each log leaves behind elemental crystals that can either be used to attack Corrupt Hyness or swallowed to gain certain Copy Abilities. Unlike in earlier battles, the Rag Doll Circle moves much faster, and Corrupt Hyness is stunned for a shorter time and is harder to hit during said period. |
| いけにえのかご Sacrifice Cage | Corrupt Hyness surrounds himself with the Mage-Sister logs as shields. Then, he tosses energy orbs behind the shields, starting with two, three or four sets of small orbs and then one giant orb before repeating the cycle. Corrupt Hyness is invincible as long as he is hiding behind the shields. However, once he takes enough damage when exposed, the log shield can be destroyed, which drops abottle of milk and leaves Corrupt Hyness stunned. |
