Colossal Waddle Dee

Colossal Waddle Dee is an enemy that debuts inTeam Kirby Clash Deluxe. It is much larger and tougher than a standardWaddle Dee (and also bears a slightly deeper red hue), but is considerably slower and lazier.
Its primary form of attack is moving about, and occasionally jumping. It also tends to sit down, and gently wiggle its feet about in a manner that looks menacing, but is not an effective attack. It poses very little threat to Team Kirby, even at the very start of their journey. It has 13,000HP during its first battle.
It appears twice more as part of a tag-team, first withColossal Kabu, then with both Colossal Kabu andColossal Hot Head. InSuper Kirby Clash, it is replaced byColossal Spear Waddle Dee and is one of only two enemies to not reappear in that game, the other beingDark Taranza.

In theKirby novel series[edit]
In theKirby novel series, Colossal Waddle Dee appears inKirby Clash Team Unite!.
It first appears when Kirby spots the Castle Village, before he is stopped by the giant Waddle Dee. At first Kirby thinks that Colossal Waddle Dee ishis friend that got transformed or brainwashed, but soon enough Colossal Waddle Dee starts attacking the pink ball. But before it can defeat Kirby, he is saved by the other three Kirbys that come to his rescue and Colossal Waddle Dee ends up running away.
Trivia[edit]
- If the battle goes on for long enough, Colossal Waddle Dee will wave toward the screen, breaking thefourth wall.
