Colossal Spear Waddle Dee is a giantSpear Waddle Dee that debuts as aboss inSuper Kirby Clash, serving asSuper Kirby Clash's counterpart toColossal Waddle Dee, who does not appear in this game. It is fought in a total of seven distinctQuests, with all but the first partnering it with other Colossal enemies.

- Unlike Colossal Waddle Dee, Colossal Spear Waddle Dee has a standard orange color, matching other Waddle Dees.
- The spear that it holds is the same asBandana Waddle Dee's, just with a purple ribbon instead of a red/orange one.
- Like withColossal Waddle Dee inTeam Kirby Clash Deluxe, if the battle goes on for long enough, Colossal Spear Waddle Dee will wave toward the screen, breaking thefourth wall.
