Composition[edit]
"City Trial: Dyna Blade Intro" is a slow and heavy-sounding arrangement of "Castle Lololo" featuring abundant brass. It is characterized by an intro with slow alternating notes, a less energetic accompaniment, and minor version of the descending element.

Kirby Super Star Ultra[edit]
InKirby Super Star Ultra, a remix of the theme is used for the battles againstDyna Blade,Wham Bam Rock andWham Bam Jewel. This version is named巨大ボスとの戦い (Battle with an Enormous Boss) in theKirby Ultra Super Deluxe Original Sound Track. In the game'sSound Test, this track is listed as music 027, and on the previously mentioned album, it is track 10.
Kirby Fighters Deluxe[edit]
InKirby Fighters Deluxe, the original version of the theme is reused in theDyna Blade's Nest battle stage.
Team Kirby Clash Deluxe[edit]
An arrangement of the theme appears inTeam Kirby Clash Deluxe with some additions to its melody, and plays during theLandia EX battle and during the first phase ofKing D-Mind. This version is titled"A Decisive Battle with Mighty Bosses",[1] and was arranged byHirokazu Ando.[2]
Kirby's Blowout Blast[edit]
InKirby's Blowout Blast, "A Decisive Battle with Mighty Bosses" is reused for the battle againstGiant King Dedede, and its variant is also incorporated in theboss battle theme ofGiant Masked Dedede along with "Masked Dedede's Theme".
Kirby Star Allies[edit]
InKirby Star Allies, "A Decisive Battle with Mighty Bosses" fromTeam Kirby Clash Deluxe is reused for the battle againstGoldon & Silvox in the Soul Melter and Soul Melter EX difficulties ofThe Ultimate Choice. This theme is listed as track 205 in the game'sJukebox, and appears as track 08 on Disc 5 ofKirby Star Allies: The Original Soundtrack.
Super Kirby Clash[edit]
InSuper Kirby Clash, "A Decisive Battle with Mighty Bosses" is reused for the Tougher StoryQuests againstIce Dragon,Kibble Blade,Bonkers,Flame Galboros andMr. Frosty. A remix of this theme plays during the first phase of the Super+ Party Quest against King D-Mind's Revenge.
A remix of the Giant Masked Dedede battle theme fromKirby's Blowout Blast plays for the Tougher Story Quest and Toughest Party Quest battles against King D-Mind.
Kirby Fighters 2[edit]
InKirby Fighters 2, the original version of "City Trial: Dyna Blade Intro" returns for the Dyna Blade's Nest battle stage. In addition, a remix for the stage can be unlocked as a secret song after reachingFighters Rank 79.
Kirby Air Riders[edit]
InKirby Air Riders, the original version of "City Trial: Dyna Blade Intro", now named"The Mysterious Bird Dyna Blade", reprises its role fromKirby Air Ride, in addition to playing for theKracko andGrand WheelieField Events.
In addition, during the battle againstRobo Dedede in theStadium, an arragement of "City Trial: Dyna Blade Intro" serves as Robo Dedede's theme. The arrangement also incorporates a section of "King Dedede's Theme" before the loop. This arrangement is called"VS. Robo Dedede".

In the Japanese version ofKirby: Right Back at Ya!, the original version fromKirby Air Ride plays in bothFitness Fiend when Dedede starts to get fat after eating the Pufferzene chips, and inFright to the Finish during theCombat Kirby recap. It is titled撃滅!ナイトメア大要塞 (Destruction! Nightmare's Great Fortress), the same Japanese name as the episode name forCombat Kirby, inKirby & The Amazing Mirror Sound Plus, listed as track 42.
The "Battle with the Enormous Boss" version fromKirby Super Star Ultra is featured at the very beginning of the bonus track ボスバトルメドレー/エレクトロニックver. (Boss Battle Medley / Electronic Ver.) from theKirby Ultra Super Deluxe Original Sound Track. This medley was arranged by Jun Ishikawa, and is track 35 on the album's list.
The Tougher and Toughest King D-Mind battle music fromSuper Kirby Clash is re-used as the theme for when 10 players remain in a round ofTetris 99 when using theSuper Kirby Clash theme.
InThe Sound of Kirby Café 2, an arrangement of "A Decisive Battle with Mighty Bosses" is featured in track 4: "Tomorrow's Tea Times", aTeam Kirby Clash Deluxe andKirby's Blowout Blast-based medley by Hirokazu Ando.

BGM_LP_CFDLDYNABOSS1in the game's sound archive files (CFDL being an abbreviation for the codename used inKirby's Blowout Blast), despite it appearing inTeam Kirby Clash Deluxe first. This may indicate it was originally composed forKirby's Blowout Blast, as it fits more with that game's style of music.
