This article is about the enemy, and should not be confused withMr. Chip.

Chip is a common round fuzzyenemy that appears in a select number ofKirby games. It is a bouncy, limbless, round creature with yellow fur, two large round black eyes, a cheery expression, and a white-tipped tail resembling that of ared fox.

Chip moves by jumping around, periodically hesitating on the ground for a short while in-between each bound. It attacks via collision, harming bothKirby and itself in the process. Chip does not have muchhealth, is vulnerable to all attacks and does not give aCopy Ability when swallowed. However, Chip tends to be found in large groups with other members of its kin, making them somewhat more threatening than enemies which go solo.
