Challenge 31 is the thirty-first stage ofChallenge Mode inKirby and the Rainbow Curse. It is unlocked by collecting 80Treasure Chests fromStory Mode stages.

Overview[edit]

Challenge 31 is a One-Minute Challenge, divided into four rooms with 15 seconds per room. The last room features theKirby Rocket. The rooms are as follows:

Room	Description
Room 1	Thechest in this room is located high up past three thin lines ofGray Zones.Kirby will have to maneuver carefully to hop over these lines and get the chest.
Room 2	This rounded room features 15Cottas wandering about. A marble to the left can be released to defeat many of them quickly while Kirby deals with the rest. Once all of them are defeated, the chest will appear just below Kirby's starting position.
Room 3	This room features agondola path that loops over a pool oflava. As Kirby gets close to the chest, it will start to follow the gondola path. Some creativerainbow rope rerouting will be needed to catch up to the chest.
Room 4	In this room, Kirby needs to be steered toward three light panels located in a Gray Zone to the right, withcannons behind them pointing back to the left. Flying straight at these panels will just cause them to be deactivated when Kirby shoots back through the cannon, so a different angle of approach is needed. Once all three are lit, the chest will appear over to the left.
