Challenge 27 is the twenty-seventh stage ofChallenge Mode inKirby and the Rainbow Curse. It is unlocked by defeatingHooplagoon at the end ofOrange Woodland inStory Mode.

Overview[edit]

Challenge 27 is a One-Minute Challenge, divided into four rooms with 15 seconds per room. Room 1 makes use of theKirby Tank, and Room 3 makes use of theKirby Submarine. The rooms are as follows:

Room	Description
Room 1	This room features a line ofBronto Burts andExplortles above a barrier wall in the middle of the room. In order to quickly defeat these foes,Kirby will want to fire upon one of the two Explortles drifting up and down along the sides, hitting it when it is high enough to affect the line of enemies. Once all the enemies are defeated, thechest will appear above Kirby's head.
Room 2	Kirby is stuck behind ashutter in the upper-left, with the chest in the lower-right behind another shutter. Between them is a field of soft sand along with twoswitches and a marble.Rainbow rope can be used to guide the marble to the switches to activate them, freeing Kirby and allowing him to go for the chest.
Room 3	In this half-flooded room, Kirby is attacked by fourDangle Sloths. Once all are defeated, the treasure chest will appear in the middle and drop into thewater.
Room 4	The chest in this room is along the floor, but blocked off bymetal blocks. Kirby will need to head over this cache past a line ofBronto Knights on patrol to get the largePoint Star on the other side, then use aStar Dash to get the chest.
