Challenge 24 is the twenty-fourth stage ofChallenge Mode inKirby and the Rainbow Curse. It is unlocked by completing 24 One-Minute Challenges.
Overview[edit]
Challenge 24 is a Survival Challenge, divided into twelve rooms with 15 seconds per room. Four rooms each are devoted to theKirby Tank, theKirby Submarine, and theKirby Rocket in that order. The rooms are as follows:
| Room | Description | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| In this room,Kirby has to shoot down tenBronto Burts flying up and down to make thechest appear. | ||
| In this room, 6 sets of two blueBronto Burts come flying in a zig-zag pattern from above. All of them need to be shot down to make the chest appear. | Aiming straight up and firing with good timing will allow Kirby to take these enemies out as soon as they appear. | |
| This room's chest is locked away in a ceiling cache by twoshutters that can be opened by hittingswitches on the left and right walls past someblocks that need to be shot through. Kirby will continually bounce in the middle onsprings in aGray Zone below the chest. | ||
| In this room, Kirby needs to defeat threeBouncies and aBouncy Sis to make the chest appear. | ||
| Thisunderwater room features fourBlippers which need to be defeated to make the chest appear in the middle. | ||
| This half-flooded room features two waterfalls in the upper half with the treasure chest floating between them. Kirby can make use of one of the waterfalls to give him the lift he needs to get the chest. | ||
| This underwater room features a snaking path with a current pushing Kirby out. A switch can be found at the end of the path, which can be hit by guiding Kirby's torpedoes toward it. A thin Gray Zone stretches across the room, forcing therainbow rope to be segmented. Once the switch is hit, the shutter in the lower-left opens, granting access to the chest. | ||
| This underwater room has lines ofGordos in it. Kirby will need to steer his torpedoes to hit the three star bottles around the room to make the chest appear in the middle. Alternatively, he could swim toward them as well. | ||
| The chest in this room is locked behind a gate which can be opened by flying over the four background panels to activate them. Some dash rings can be used to make this quicker. | ||
| This room's upper half is filled with a Gray Zone. Kirby will need to be steered carefully in this room to get the chest in the upper-right. | ||
| This room's chest is guarded by a circle formation ofBronto Knights, with a singleBronto Burt forming a weak link in the chain as they spin around counterclockwise. Kirby will need to aim precisely to fly through the Bronto Burt and get the chest. | ||
| The chest in this room is blocked off by a line ofmetal blocks on the right side. A thin Gray Zone stretches through the middle of a Point Star line shaped like a heart. Kirby will need to collect enough of these stars to activate aStar Dash and get the chest. |
