Bomb Machine[from internal data] is an enemy that debuted inKirby's Return to Dream Land, appearing only inEgg Engines - Stage 1. It rolls back and forth and occasionally changes height, and fires missiles. It can only be defeated with theMonster FlameSuper Ability and as such cannot be inhaled.

Bomb Machines resemble large bombs with smiling faces and glowing eyes situated on an extendable lift on wheels. They present star-shaped engravings on their sides. The lift occasionally expands and contracts, re-positioning the Bomb Machine as it does so. At regular intervals, the Bomb Machine's mouth opens, and a missile comes out that flies forward. These missiles can be inhaled for theBomb ability, though that is hardly necessary considering how the Bomb Machine must be defeated.

To destroy a Bomb Machine, Kirby must use Monster Flame to light the Bomb Machine's fuse. This will cause the Bomb Machine to explode, leaving behind stars and other collectibles.

There is also a giant Bomb Machine at the end of the stage, whose missiles need to be Super Inhaled to get the Bomb ability. Destroying it with Monster Flame opens therift to another dimension for that particular stage.
