Angie is a character inKirby's Epic Yarn andKirby's Extra Epic Yarn. She resembles anangel with her white wings and the halo-like yarn piece over her head. WheneverKirby orPrince Fluff need to be rescued, Angie will appear and carry them to safety. The way in which Angie carries the heroes follows a similar movement pattern to aSpace Jump. Angie can also be summoned in co-op mode by pressing the A button. When summoned, Angie will carry the character that summoned her to wherever the other character is.[1]
While in Angie's clutches, Kirby and Prince Fluff are safe from enemies.[2] However, anytime Angie carries the heroes, beads will pour from them and these beads may fall into bottomless pits. While being carried, Angie can be prompted to speed up with the 2 button.[3]
InKirby's Extra Epic Yarn, a special piece ofLife PieceFurniture called the "Sky-High Perch" can be obtained, which will allow Angie to appear inKirby's Pad.
