Zeytoon Parvardeh (Persian:زیتون پرورده,romanizedZeytun Parvarde,lit.'Processed Olives') is anIranianappetizer made fromolives and its place of origin isGilan province.[3] It is served cold as acondiment with the main dish.[4]

This combination ofolives,pomegranate molasses,walnuts,garlic,mint,blue eryngo, andparsley, can be found industrially or homemade in Iran.[1][5]
