Yolanda Hightower (born January 20, 1961) is an American formerfield hockey player who competed in the1988 Summer Olympics.[1] She won the silver medal at thePan American Games inIndianapolis.[2] In 2001, Hightower was inducted into theVirginia Sports Hall of Fame.

College

While atOld Dominion, Hightower won the Honda Award (now theHonda Sports Award) as the nation's best field hockey player for the 1982–83 season.[3][4]
