Y Ferwig (sometimes spelledVerwig) is a small village andcommunity inCeredigion, Wales, about 2 to 3 miles fromCardigan.
The village is made up of aparish church and a few houses. The community includes the villages ofPenparc, Felinwynt, Tremain,Mwnt andGwbert; it also includesCardigan Island and theNational Trust area ofMwnt.
The parish church of St Michael, Tremain, is a grade II* listed building.[2]
