Route 95 is a city route located inWinnipeg,Manitoba. It runs in the southwest part of the city fromRoute 105 east toRoute 42, near theConfusion Corner intersection. It is namedRoblin Boulevard west ofAssiniboine Park, where it then becomesCorydon Avenue for the remainder of its route.[2][3]
TheCorydon Avenue segment of the route is home to Winnipeg'sLittle Italy District, and is currently served by the 18 North Main-CorydonWinnipeg Transit bus route. The avenue was named afterCorydon Partlow Brown, a member of theLegislative Assembly of Manitoba from 1878 to 1888.[4]
The more westerlyRoblin Boulevard segment serves as the main street for the area ofCharleswood. It was named for former Manitoba premierRodmond Roblin, grandfather ofDuff Roblin.[4]
