William Barbour Agnew (30 December 1880 – 19 August 1936)[1] was a Scottishfootballer who played for local clubKilmarnock[2] andFalkirk[3] as well asEnglish clubsNewcastle United,[4]Middlesbrough andSunderland.[5]

Agnew, adefender born inKilmarnock, was alsocapped by theScotland national team, making three appearances between 1907 and 1908. He coached atThird Lanark after his playing career.
