West Mountain is acensus-designated place (CDP) in the town ofRidgefield,Fairfield County,Connecticut, United States. It is on the west side of Ridgefield and is bordered to the west by the towns ofNorth Salem andLewisboro inWestchester County, New York. TheWest Mountain Historic District occupies 425 acres (172 ha) at the center of the CDP,[3] and newer residences occupy portions of the remainder of the CDP.
West Mountain was first listed as a CDP prior to the2020 census.
