Villeneuve (French:[vilnœv]ⓘ;Valdôtain:Veullanoua) is a town andcomune in theAosta Valley region of northwesternItaly. It lies along theDora Baltea, at some 10 kilometres (6 mi) west ofAosta on the road toCourmayeur and theMont Blanc Tunnel. Nearby lie the ruins of the medieval castle,Châtel-Argent.
