I'm trained in applied economics, with a focus on causal inference techniques in microeconomics. I have experience working in and developing worker-owned businesses, and democratic management practices for those spaces.
I'm the program manager forDesign Research at the Wikimedia Foundation, where I oversee our design research program and research operations, and occasionally I conduct research too! My work has primarily focused on developing a truly global an multilingual research program, so that our research reflects the diverse and geographically distributed Wikimedia user base.
