Ugidak Island (Aleut:Qagan-tanax[1]) is anisland in theDelarof Islands subgroup of theAndreanof Islands in theAleutian Islands chain ofAlaska.It was named by CaptainMikhail Tebenkov of theImperial Russian Navy in 1852 asKamen 'Ugidakh[2] (Камень inRussian means "stone").
The island is only 150 meters long and is located 5.5 km (3.4 mi) east ofSkagul Island.
