Unione Sportiva Palestrina 1919[2] is anItalian association football club, based inPalestrina but playing in theSan Basilio district ofRome, Lazio. The club currently plays inSerie D.
The club was founded in 2012 after obtaining the sports title ofSerie D club U.S. Palestrina 1919, based inPalestrina.[3][4] The owners of the company areAugusto Cristofari,[5] its former president, together with other Roman entrepreneurs.[6]
In summer 2013 the club changed its name back toU.S. Palestrina 1919.
