Torre San Patrizio (pronounced[ˈtorresampaˈtrittsjo]) is acommune (municipality) in theProvince of Fermo in theItalian region ofMarche, located about 50 kilometres (31 mi) south ofAncona and about 35 kilometres (22 mi) north ofAscoli Piceno.
In medieval times it was afree commune; later it was subjected toCesare Borgia, theSforza and thePapal States. It has 14th- to 15th-century walls.
