Tandamine is aselectivenorepinephrine reuptake inhibitor with atricyclicstructure.[1][2][3] It was developed in the 1970s as anantidepressant but was never commercialized.[1][2][3] Tandamine isanalogous topirandamine, which, instead, acts as aselective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI).[4][5]
