– Seems to be the clearprimary topic in terms of page views (has almost more than 100 times the page views of all pages onWin Myint [the disambiguation page] combined), and will probably have lasting significance due to being the head/leader of a country.Steel1943 (talk)09:47, 30 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

He was re-elected as the President of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar on Feb 5, 2021 by the Committee Representing Pyithu Hluttaw. Therefore, he is currently the official President of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.NCLMKK (talk)02:42, 15 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Win Myint is still the elected president of Myanmar. He is officially listed as elected president of Myanmar in UN website with the date of 19-Feb-2012. Refer page 40 of this PDF (https://protocol.un.org/dgacm/pls/site.nsf/files/HSPMFM/$FILE/Hspmfm.pdf). The date is at the bottom of the page and the names are at the top.Lukaar (talk)08:08, 24 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Roman Kubanskiy: I'm fine with changing the photo, but not to one that has been heavily modified like this. We can't "make" an official photo. Either it's official, or it isn't. Creating one with a false background to try to mimic an official photo is a bit misleading. ― Tartan357 Talk18:09, 28 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
We need to come to a consensus on the main image of the article, as we have disagreed on this one. Which image should be used in the lead?
