The person who posted the original verbatim copy of the other site is a user called Bernhard Baumgartner, while the site is called Bernhard's Austrian Cooking. I suspect the original author of that site was the creator of this article, which is not a copyright violation according toWP:COPYVIO. Very interesting. Hadn't noticed that. The photo looks like it was posted by someone called RobertK...but if Bernhard has contributed his text to this article I imagine he wouldn't mind about the photo. Again, clarification would be great.
