Oops, should have made that table 90degrees the other way round.
I am going to start/have started a few articles about prominent councils - see list atUser:Morwen/councils to see what we have already. I think we can haveX andX City Council, but probably should mergeY (district) andY district council orMetropolitan Borough of Z andZ Borough Council. That is, there can be maybe three things
but we would only ever have two articles. In the case ofOadby and Wigston we'd merge the council article into that, as well. This is because I don't think district articles are going to ever have enough content - certainly many of them at the moment are only few sentences.
