Tunguragua is a misspelling ofTungurahua, which is a volcano, not a mountain. I've been unable to determine whether it was the name of a river in 1913.
I'm not sure whether Fritz was searching for the "real source" of theMarañón River or theAmazon River, but each of those articles goes into better detail about their "true sources", and whatever may have been "proven" in 1913 may have since been disproven. Thus, I'm removing this questionable and ambiguous statement from Fritz's biography. –Wbm1058 (talk)14:59, 1 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
