Streetcar enthusiasts want the Route 23 returned to streetcar service, but the very extended target dates in the article show that this is unlikely to actually happen, unlike the Route 15, which has even had a new spur extended to the Sugarhouse Casino. I changed the article phrasing to past tense, but of course it can be changed back if a real prospect of streetcar service appears. --DThomsen8 (talk)21:36, 20 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
