I tagged the upgrade plan section NPOV for two primary reasons. Firstly it goes in to advantages in glowing terms. It sounds like it was written by Brendon O'Connor (NH Stadium CEO) himself. I have neutralised the RWC section somewhat - added some disadvantages - eg. distance from city, traffic bottleneck, etc. It still needs a bit of work - more references, and a picture is needed also. I suppose I did over-do the benefits thing before, but I reckon they've made a mistake on Eden Park.FPV F6 TYPHOON
