There are two paragraphs on Oda Nobunaga and Tokugawa Ieyasu in the Muromachi period section that seem out of place as they discussed people and events of the Azuchi–Momoyama period. They also duplicate the content of that period in relation to the two individuals. I would suggest they be deleted.Nengoro (talk)18:19, 17 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
The values in the last paragraph of Reiwa period seem to be wrong. The paragraph states that Japan aims to increase its defence spending to 2% of GDP, which is calculated as ¥43 trillion ($315 billion). This amount is, according to the sources, the total sum that the Japanese government intends to invest during a five-year period (2023-2027), not a yearly defence expenditure. In my opinion, the wording is misleading.Jogurtik123 (talk)21:48, 16 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Depending which page I look, I see different years for the ending date of the Jōmon period, leading into Yayoi period. This inset of this page and all other related pages says the date is 1000 BC, but the text of the Jōmon and Yayoi pages say it's 300 BC. The corresponing Japanese pages seem to agree that the date should be 1000BC.Momotaro Ichiban (talk)15:04, 13 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]
