If the image isnon-free then you may need to upload it to Wikipedia (Commons does not allow fair use)
If the image isn't freely licensed and there is nofair use rationale then it cannot be uploaded or used.

@SNAAAAKE!!, if you check sources leading into May 2018 (11 years of sources) you will find that it is practically always referred to as "DotEmu". This is because that has been their name (and logo) since 2007 up until this year, and now they just have a new logo, not strictly a new name. Their legal spelling is also still "DotEmu" per the privacy statement, and because those are usually two seperate words ("Dot" and "Emu[lation]"), Wikipolicy spelling would correctly be "DotEmu", unlessWP:COMMONNAME overwhelmingly applied. Thus, we shouldn't change the name top-to-bottom as if the 11-year-old spelling had never existed. Would be cool if we found a source (can be primary if need be) that outlines this branding change. Noting here that, should reliable sources adopt the new stylisation overwhelmingly, we would also follow suit, perWP:COMMONNAME/WP:V, though denoting a name change instead of simply removing the lower-case e from all historical accounts. Web Archive shows that "Dotemu" has been in use since February 2018.Lordtobi (✉)12:37, 14 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@Dissident93: Coming back to this. I still think that we should not retroactively eradicate an 11-year-old name just because the branding changed at some point. Theirprivacy statement continues to suggest that "DotEmu SAS" is their legal name.Lordtobi (✉)22:39, 19 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Didn't realize this had been discussed, but shouldn'tMOS:TMCAPS andMOS:TMSTYLE be considered here regardless of any branding change or not? In other words, if they had to changed to DotEmu from Dotemu, would we still reflect that in the page title as well? ~Dissident93(talk)00:00, 20 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
For article title maybe, but just as with SnAaAakE's revision, the article now makes the appearance as though "DotEmu" was never there, even though it had been for 11 years. The change is minor but reflects the name that should be put on VG pages where chronologically appropriate.Lordtobi (✉)05:10, 20 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Oh, you mean that? Since the change was seemingly not covered by any source (even by themselves), then that makes it hard to document this here. But I do agree that any games at the time of release using DotEmu should reflect that. ~Dissident93(talk)13:55, 20 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
