The single source supporting the claim that he was "fromBrighton" is the 2010The Guardian article byPeter Bradshaw which says: "Brighton-based animator" and "Brighton-based visual artist". So I don't think the infobox should claim he he was born in Brighton. The FreeBMD entryhere says he was born inAlton, Hampshire.
